New at this Droid thing..help please

I am new at this Droid thing and need help...I am trying to find out if my iPOD music can be transferred to my DOID3. Also am looking for a place to download apps besides Market. Am looking for a bar scanner and game called Spider Solitare. Thank youdancedroid

I'm pretty sure there is a way to transfer music with a computer, but it might be long process. Actually I think there is an app for that.

You can get the Amazon Appstore, and download apks from the internet to install apps as well
