Network Connection Erro

I am getting a Network Connection error when I try to buy an app. What might cause this? I tried from different areas. Is it the connection itself or a software problem.

I have an issue every now and then when I try to use the market, especially since I upgraded to the 2.2 RC ROM.
I've always had an issue when I was using WiFi, sometimes if I'm connected to my wireless router at home, I have to disable WiFi in order for the market transfers to work right.
