I am not really sure of any app that tracks points, but I use BeMeWeightPoints to calculate points and that is free on the market. I suppose you could use a note application (3Banana notes is my favorite) and have one note be the place where you keep a tally. You could just keep editing the note daily to keep track of your points.
Have you tried searching the Android Market and reading the reviews of any apps that may track points (I am not sure if there are that match specifically what you what, but I would think that there is probably at least one (probably a pay app))?
I guess I was thinking the name was Fat Secret, but it's Calorie Counter by FatSecret as the above poster mentioned. I'm almost positive it will calculate your points.
I just downloaded WWDiary for free from the Android Market and it seems like it is a good tool to use. I will probably use it more than the BeMeWeightPoints (which is a fast, simple calculator to use) as it can calculate my daily point allowance and act as a point tracker (along with a lot of other features I may or may not use).
