Need some help please.

HI Im new here and sorry if this is in the wrong spot I have a couple of questions. How do I get flash 10.1 for the moto driod I keep reading about it but cant seem to find how to get it. Also how would I update to the android 2.2 OS. I got an update about a month back but it still says im running android 2.1 update. And one last thing what is this Froyo i keep seeing? Is it somthing I shoud have?

Edit - Also what are some must have apps?

To get flash 10.1 on your Droid, you must be running Android 2.2 or otherwise known as Froyo. To get Android 2.2 at this time you will need to be rooted. When I first checked out the droid I started doing top ten searches all the time.
