Need some HELP please

I just rooted and put Liberty on my phone, My contacts are gone and I had over 200....Is there a way to get them back, or remove Liberty to start over??

I think you have use a app like titanium to backup your contacts

Just log into your VZW account and export the vcf file to your sd and import in contacts
