Need Some Android Sync Softwares

I am looking for some Android Sync softwares which can syncronize data between PC and Android cell phones wirelessly.
Is there any good one?

I used MarkSync. It is not free or cheap but it works wirelessly and allows you to pick and choose where to/from plus syncs your music, calendar, logs.
