So tomorrow I'm planning on grabbing a Razr. I would have pre-ordered but my upgrade wasn't until this morning, and so I thought it would be better to try and get it from a store. So my question is should I take off the rom on my OG Droid for when they switch everything over?

Thanks

I didn't as of yet. Just did the old sign in to get my contacts. Pics and stuff are still on the other...planning on just taking the SD card and moving the files over via the computer.

If you have your contacts synced with Google then I wouldn't let them touch my old phone, so no don't take the alternative OS off. Anyway, I doubt that they would notice or care. You're not trading it in or something, are you?

No, I'm keeping it. Its nice to have it if i wanna screw around with roming.

OK, I would just grab the phone and walk out. Don't let them even turn it on. I would be like Michael Jackson at the hospital with his surrogate: grab that baby and go!
