Need major help

I recently got a visa pre-paid card, and I CANNOT buy any apps that have the E in front but i can purchase with $ in front.

those issues are set by the app writers
because you don't have "true" visa card, those developers have it in their right(s) to disallow any purchases from cards such as yours

fair or not...
that's just the way it is, unfortunately

what we Americans get for letting our dollar value fall... i don't blame them for not trusting our pre-paid American cards. LOL

You should be able to use a debit card too. Do you not have one of those? Everybody has a debit card.

I'm thinking that card doesn't support euros. Email the app develope and see if you can buy it directly. It's more a google checkout and the Visa pre paid card not being friendly

Get wall mart visa they charge u foreign charge for any out of us charge but its always like 39 cents that's what I got
