My Droid Incredible just crashed the other day!! It was working perfectly fine then when i went to turn it on it would not. I tried charging it, changing the battery and even hooking it up to my computer but it never once turned on. I called Verizon and they are sending me a new one but I was wondering how I could access my files that are saved on my phone since I cannot turn it on. Or is there no hope??
