need help

I am getting errors from Google talk trying to sign me in automatically in the background. I don't use Google talk so can someone tell me what command lines to enter in terminal emulator to get rid of the app all together?

Simple as this, install Titanium Backup (free on the market), Open the app, select backup/restore. select google talk and hit uninstall... Done! :)
