need help

I am currently running hifter v2.3 ic3. 5.7.893 and I was under the impression when I rooted the phone and installed the 3 lines of script the o.t.a updates would still be accepted but much to my dismay such is not the case.
I had the phone running fairly decent, I am aware that there are things that won't work perfect but I was very pleased.
I am starting to have problems and I am thinking that the upgrade is needed.
Does anyone have any suggestions that they are willing to share.

Although, afterwards you wont be able to run any of the 2.3 based Theory Roms ( Shifter, Kinetix ) because they are for the old radio. I think there is an updated version of Kinetix I think ( that runs on the 902 radio )... but I can't find it anywhere. I am currently on running Eclipse as my main ROM and axi0m to play around with.

Yeah, I think it's a false alarm. Chrome warned me about that site too but the night I actually followed the procedure there were no warnings. Try it in a couple days maybe the site admins will figure out why Google is labeling them as a malware site and you can visit the site with more confidence. I didn't find any viruses in the files I downloaded.

Well April 7th was the second incidence, which makes me a tad leery.
