Need help with phone. No widgets or apps work.

I'm using a droid razr with eclipse 1.4. I was using Soundclound and the music suddenly stopped. I rebooted my phone, and now all my apps and widgets don't work. I'm a newb so please excuse my inexperience.

e.g. I tried going on facebook, and suddenly it says Unfortunately the app has stopped working. Same with every other app I'm using.

Anyone have a solution to this. I can't even get on Titanium backup to backup everything and factory reset. I'll probably shoot a video later on tonight to show what's going on. I don't want to lose all my saved files.

You claim to be newb but not so new you didn't root.

I think your permissions file has been corrupted. I hope someone can work you through it, I can't help. Did you have recovery installed?

edit:
After tinkering with my outdated safe strap, I did fix permission and some of my apps started to work again I'm going to back up everything and update to a new rom with an updated safe strap.
