need help with my new droid.

Hi my name is natalie and i just bought a new droid last night. I have the droid 2. I just have one question - I downloaded about 10 apps and it said that they were all downloaded successfully, but none of them showed up in my app tray..

Welcome to Droid Forums!! Did it also say installed successfully?

yes, it said installed successfully and there were no problems with downloading them, except for the fact that they didnt show up on my app tray!

Not a single one? That's odd. Go to your Market/settings/downloads and see if you can see them in there.

Some apps don't show in the App Tray - can you list them for us ?

Also if you search those same apps again in the Market or go to "downloads" in the Market it should say "installed" for the applications in question.

You can also go to settings/applications/manage applications on your device and see your installed applications

This may sound crazy but, try a reboot and see if that helps.

Reboot just means to power off/on

What applications are they ?

As I said some apps do not have an icon associated with it in the app drawer

facebook for android, AK notepad, handcent sms, ringtones, backgrounds, pandora radio, papijump, solitare. All of these applications work fine if i open them from the market. and i will try the reboot.

They should all be there. Weird...
