Need Help with K-9 Mail Please!

I don't know what the heck is wrong with my K9 mail I almost want to start using another mail service provider after this incident. I sent a picture of my dogs to a client because they are dog lovers and my client said they have gotten the email now 27 times!!! Why does it keep resending the damn thing????
