Need help rerooting my DX

I just downloaded the system update and I now am running 2.3.3/4.5.605, beforehand I had my DX rooted with z4 and now its saying my hone isn't rooted anymore, SU isn't working and im just lost on what to do, I just joined this forum and I need help lol, I haven't done anything to my DX as far as uprooting it or removing SU..
