need help i mess up

hi i install a rom but i did a clean install with the rom and now i dont have market or install rom manager to do my restore stock need help i did a back up with rom manager pro can somebody help me

Which ROM did you install? Doesn't sound normal not to have market on a Incredible ROM. You can flash a new install directly through ClockworkMod Recovery using the tutorial linked in my signature.

thank you for your reply found that out 20mins later the rom was ruby 2.0 i think and it said update but im back to stock rom thanks again dancedroid

Ruby is one of those roms that you have to download and install the gapps right after you install the rom.
