Need help getting my milestone plus back working please!!!!!

My milestone plus stop working one day and all I see on it is the bootloader screen. By the way I'm totally new at this please help me with this>I have a cellular south milestone plus, on the Verizon network the sbf is 2.2.1 help!!!!!
