need help changing auto focus on S3 camera/video app

Hello to all! I've bee creating some videos using the (stock) camera/video app on my s3 but each video seems to have an auto focus problem. Some videos it does it more than others. I was hoping someone could help me in how to turn that off or where the settings were for the focus on the stock app. It's probably something right in front of my nose but for the life of me I can't seem to find any setting to adjust or turn off or whatever.

For some videos it will do it once every few minutes or so but for some it will go in and out of focus real quick a number of times in a row. That makes the video a little hard to watch sometimes.
