need hekp with roms and radios

Alot of the Tom's people talk about on here I can't seem to find, same with radios. I'm looking for a rom with good speed and good battery life. Also how to find and install radios. Thanks

Also I tryed Tom manager and the one I like Liquid it worked for a little then keep force closing so I recoved with my backup and tryed to reinstall but it wont work
