so i understand that apps (even most iphone apps) are in very early stage and there's actually nothing really i use my phone for that laptop could not do amazingly better, but for mobile

~ strict requirements ~

im looking for any app(s) that
*voice speaks
**any preferably quality nonfiction content (but no music)
***in a stream-like way
****so you don't have to use it

~ nonstrict ~

it likely should have
*a 4.5 rating with at least 70+ ratings
or 4.6 with at least 20+ rating

or im very sure it won't be good.

i was looking at my phone the other day, just glaring at it, and saw that i actually never used it for anything for years since whenever i got it. i was like, 'what are you for?"

and the best siri-like app on android didn't respond because i never ever actually used it (not that it would've helped)
