Need a good budget android phone to upgrade to

One of my lines is eligible for an upgrade and I am looking for a good 4g phone that is easy to use on a budget ?

The new LG Lucid is $70 with an upgrade and appears to be a solid option. Heck some of the top tier phones are pretty cheap now - Rezound, Bionic, etc. - if you're upgrading or adding a new line.

The Rezound is on sale for $50. My opinion on ACTUAL budget phones is this: they suck. They're glitchy, and unsupported. Now, when high end phones like the Rezound/Razr, or even the Bionic; go on sale. That is a great time to pick up a top tier phone, for a budget price.

Can't go wrong with any of the top tier phones, especially at the prices some of them are going for. Honestly a Rezound for $50 is a steal

It not for me personally but my dad as I am looking to get a galaxy nexus at full retail so that why I am looking budget price
