It's caused by beats audio I'll post the file. I had to extract it from a back up.

From what I gathered when I posted the file on XDA the already patched file should work but rename your old one .Bak first.

Thanks a million!!!! You are a life saver. I've been stressing over this for a couple of days. I couldn't find that file anywhere and the only option I saw was to flash my ROM to stock which I was too big a wuss to do. I downloaded the file, placed it in the appropriate folder (I didn't even have an old file for this), and the OTA installed without a problem. Again, many many thanks.
