NBA: Paul George suffers nasty leg injury

Last night the NBA has a scrimmage game for the good ol' USA basketball team. However, a horrific leg injury occurred in the 4th quarter when Paul George went up for a block, came down and hit the stanchion, and his leg literally snapped.

I know NBA talk isn't too big around here, but this is a terrible injury/setback for a rising superstar. If there are any Pacers fans here, sorry for the loss of your franchise player for the season. Definitely changes the landscape of the playoffs this coming season.

One of the players I enjoy watching when I do manage to catch one of their games. So wish you the best for a speedy recovery PG.

Also, the scrimmage was called in the middle of the 4th quarter out of respect for George and the rest of the roster.

He also had a successful surgery and he's on his way to the long road of recovery.
