when sending pics to people via text messaging.

I can send pics to FB, photobucket, etc.... I can RECEIVE pics from friends... but I can't send them and I get that message.

It's an annoyance, that I don't know if I'm willing to hard reboot for.... but it is annoying none the less.

I have tried using chomp, and stock tming with no luck. I use handcent currently and what I want to stick with.

Weird! Verizon can't explain this to you? I'd ask them.

I'm going to... I just figured I'd ask here first. Nothing about asking a 19 y.o. entry level employee who doesn't know, nor is motivated to learn or find an answer since figuring it out doesn't earn them commission.

lol you would be surprised how well trained the tech support people for verizon are. I know several that work in tech support for them and the training verizon puts them through its pretty crazy.(22 weeks) Its not even remotely close to entry level either.

Now regular customer service that might be another story.
