use winrar (download free eval version if you don't have it). open the file - it will show you single file in the new window. Highlight that one and click 'View' icon on winrar - it will bring another window with all directories and files - extract from there.

I found out how to do it earlier but thanks anyway im getting a new phone because the "U" button doesnt work on my keyboard.
