N.O.V.A. Won't Run?

I got NOVA by gameloft, it says it needs to download data first, it downloads, says its successful, hit okay, and I just go back to the homescreen of my phone. Help??

Did any one figure out on how to set up this game on the droid incredible? I remember reading somewhere on how we need to move something around,("cash") but still unsure I've seen it played on the droid X . I would love to get this game on my incredible.
