So what happened was that I was rooting my phone using Odin, I did what It said, and now my phone is stuck on a screen that says "Downloading, do not turn off target"

Someone help

When Odin is finished flashing whatever you flashed does it say Pass in upper left of computer screen? It should issue a reboot command once it is finished...assumiong the developer thought to put that into the file your flashing.

If the scripts are complete (see lower left of Odin screen) then unplug the phone and do battery pull to reboot it. But if it is not finished do not attempt to reboot unless you're familiar with solving soft bricks.

The "Do Not Turn Off Target" message is shown while phone is in Download Mode...which is what Odin needs in order to flash a file to your phone.
