my laptop just took a crap

I think my laptop just took a crap, was acting up a bit, so when I rebooted it, it came back up but my taskbar is white and it dies not let me connect to a network, no Ethernet or WiFi connection, without that I can't even run diagnostics on it. I have antivirus program installed, does anyone think I got nailed with a virus.

Ignore this post, fixed it, had to do a complete reinstall of windows.
