I got my daughters the droid incredible for Christmas. They downloaded music and made ring tones for everyone and everything. My younger daughters phone when a txt comes in the ring tone wont go off till you pull down the notification bar from the top. I somehow fixed my older daughters phone and everything seem to be the same in settings any help would be great.
