Music info editor?

Basically what I'm looking for is an app that lets me edit the general info of any mp3 e.g. album,artist, song title. Maybe I can do this on my phone already? Dunno.

Not sure if an app like this exists but if anyone knows of anything that's similar I'd appreciate it.
