Multiple problems: Bootloader, continuously restarting and service is gone

I got my motorola droid wet in the rain earlier tonight and to begin with it was fine, but after a while it went to the bootloader screen and gave me some code and said my battery was ok and i needed to connect to some usb port. Now my phone has gotten worse and is going through restart cycles and i no longer have service on it. Any help is better than what i have now.

Take it apart and leave it at least over night. 24 hours would be best. After getting your phone wet its always best to take the battery out immediately. Leaving it in makes it prone to electrical issues from shorting out. I had to completely take apart my wife's after she dropped it in the rain. It came back on but had dead spots on the screen. Good luck!
