I'm new to this forum and don't know what to do. I did a factory reset on my incredible 2 and now my gmail icon is missing. I'm also having problems with my volume I can't hear my ringtone and when I use my speakerphone, it just is audible even though I have the volume turned all the way up.Can someone please help me it will be greatly appreciated.
