Moving SD card from Droid 1 to Droid 2

Just upgraded from the original droid to the droid 2 R2/D2. I am needing to know how I can move my 16g card from the old droid to the new one without losing pics, music, and apps. How can I do this? Still new to alot of this and feel like a beginner. Please help.

I would imagine that taking it out of you d1 and putting it in your new phone would be just fine for the pics and music. I've got no idea on the apps. Did you have apps installed on it?

you open the battery door, pull the battery, pull the sdcard, do the same with the D2, then shove the old sdcard into the new phone, replace the battery, close it up, and you're done.
that won't do anything for apps, you'll just have to reinstall those
