Moving apps to sd card

For some reason when I move an app to the SD card, the "total size" says its larger than before the move. What gives? When I had my Incredible, it would usually decrease in size by at least half. Anyone have some thoughts?

How are you moving it? In the phone or with an app?

An app that takes me directly to the system settings for the app I'm trying to move.

Never mind. I just triedoving an app and I'm not use to the look of ICS. I didn't look close enough at the other information after moving it.
