Moving Apps to Folders on Home Screen

I am new to this forum and new user of Droid (just purchased on Monday) and I read in the forum that you can use folders to organize the home screen, i.e., place all my games under a folder called games, etc.

Does anyone know how I would go about doing this? I have created folders but can't seem to move anything in them.

I just played around with it and figured it out. You just drag and drop the icon. Hold your finger ove the icon until it will move and drag it in there.

How do you rename them?
ETA: Just found it in the search: Renaming Folders (so simple to do...)

I recommend using an app called Apps Organizer. It does the same thing as the Folders, but it's pretty easy to set up and use.
