Movie Maker app??

I have a Droid X and I'm looking for an app that would let me put together video clips to music with effects, like what you can do with Windows Movie Maker. I've searched for "movie maker" in the market, but can't find anything good. Anyone know of any good apps for that?

I tried to go to www.onetruemedia.com to make one, but it gets about halfway through uploading my short (2 min) video and then says that it failed (when I try to do it from my phone). Anyone know of any other sites like that one I could use that would work?

I think one true media doesn't accept my phone's videos which are all in .3gp format. So does anyone know of any good converters that would switch it to .mov or .mpg or .mp4 so that I can use the one true media site?
