Move music and vids to Fascinate

What is the best way to do this?

Should I drag and drop? Use Samsung Kies (will it work on the Fascinate)? Or is there a better option?

If drag and drop what is the best way to resize movies for the screen...?

Thanks!

I don't have a Fascinate. Dragging and dropping is a good way to get them into the phone that I can tell you.

Now about resizing. Good question and I haven't tried this out but there probably isn't a whole lot of information out there on this still. I did manage to find this: Samsung Fascinate Free Multimedia Software | Samsung Fascinate Free Games (Page 8)

If this works, please let us know so we can pass the information on to others. Good Luck.

I just got my Fascinate a few days ago. And this is the only Android phone I've ever had, so there may be a better way. If there is I don't know it. But dragging and dropping works fine for me most of the time.

I've only tried videos. I dropped a 1.56GB mkv movie on it and it worked fine. Then I tried a 4.36GB movie and it gave me a "too large" error message, even though I have like 13GB free. I'm hoping to find a different way to get files on there as well to maybe get around that problem. Anyone have any ideas?

To resize the movies for the SF try using DVDcatalyst3. Currently there is no profile for the fascinate in the program but I spoke with the developer a few day ago and he told my to use the droid profile for now, and it does work. He said he has an update coming out shortly to add a few more phone profiles to it, he just needs to get it stable before he releases it. So Ive been using movies I converted for my droid and they look great on my fascinate.
