I'm sure some of you use the PhoneMyPC app. In it, there's a mode you can switch in and out of (by pressing the search key) that allows you to see an actual mouse pointer on-screen and use it for clicks. I would not want to use this all the time, but is there any way (either built-in or with an app) to do this throughout the OS and other apps? Thanks much in advance for any tips.

I believe that's native to PhoneMyPC.... haven't seen or heard of anything like that for the Android OS itself.

You can get a mouse pointer in the browser by hitting the "shift" key on the physical keyboard. If you use the D pad to select a link, and then hit "shift," the pointer pops up near the link. Not very useful, but maybe someone knows how to use it......
