Motorola USB drivers won't install/recognize my phone

I have installed the Motorola USB driver on two computers now and it will not come up when i plug the phone in. I installed the leaked jelly bean and i want to flash back to ICS. Could that be a factor?

What phone do you have? What operating system are you running on each computer?

windows 7, razr m. i also tried it on a different computer with an older version of windows, cant remember which.

i had it installed before and it worked. i used the program to intall the leaked version of jelly bean. i want to flash back to ICS so i can get the OTA version. when i plugged the phone in via usb, it would not recognize. i uninstalled (a bunch of times) and tried again. i also tried it on a different computer. it must be my phone. or the driver has changed.
