Motorola Droid Belt Clip

Is it just me or does anyone else think that they belt clip for the motorola droid although solidly built is extremely thick and protruding?

I like it, it feels secure unlike some other belt holsters that I never felt I could trust, that I used with other phones. It is also easy to get the phone in and out of the holster. There are certainly a number of other holster that are likely slimmer if that is what you are looking for.
