I love liberty with the linear theme its amazing but the problem is i have my own transparent gmail and market and it has been themed so i cant change it so I deleted the themed ones using root explorer and replaced them with mine and it work work or install...... anyone have suggestions?>~?!?!?

If you want to install an app to your system just Paste the apk in /system/app and reboot. Just make sure you set the right permissions or it will not work.
