Mobile Banking For Android Not in App Market

I have installed the OTA GB on my unrooted DroidX; now I can't find Mobile Banking for Android on the App Market.
I know there is a fix for rooted phones but how about unrooted phones?

Does anyone know where I can get my hands on the Mobile Banking For Android apk file?
