Mms show up is just a black screen video. And pic messages turn into videos.

I was sent a Mms and a picture message buy when I open the pic, it turns into a short video, and doesn't allow me to zoom in anymore. Also the mms I get is nothing more than a black screen video with no audio.
What's going on?
