MMS problems, they will not send

Hello, I have noticed that my Droid will not send picture messages, it is getting quite annoying. I can receive just fine but just can just not send them out for the life of it. I thought it was Handcent so I uninstalled that and did a reboot and nothing, I still could not get my Droid to send pictures. Does anyone else have some ideas of what is wrong?
