Missing Music

I love the music player on my droid and had a ton of albums on there that I listened to frequently. Today I went to listen to something and found that well over half of my music library has vanished.

Is there anything possible I could do to get it back or will I have to transfer all my music again?




P.S. I swear I searched the archives and didn't see this topic addressed yet, but apologies in advance if it has been covered before.

I uninstalled PowerAmp today amd now the stock player wont see my music. Tried the reboot and moved files. Nothing.

I have just had a problem with the stock Music player as well. I added an album and now it will not let me browse by flipping albums anymore, it just shows the now playing song.
Is there a special folder I need to put my music in?
