Missing apps whenever I restart???????

Everytime I shut off my Bionic I have a handful of apps, always ones on my sd card that become unacessable. If I have a shortcut on my home screen, the shortcut remains but states the program is not on phone. If I try to move them to the phone from the sd card it says the file is empty. What is causing this and what can I do to fix it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure Motorola is aware of this and it's slated to be part of an upcoming fix
