Miscellaneous Files

That is a rather ambiguous question.

If you go to Settings > Storage and click on Misc, it will usually tell you what is taking up that space.

Any media files in a folder with a .nomedia in them will be listed under Misc.

Download ES File Explorer from the Play Store and browse the folders that are being in the Misc section.

Be careful with Clean Master. It keeps wanting to delete several GB of video files on my SD card which I want to keep.
