Minor Software Upgrade Rolling Out to Galaxy S4

Today, Verizon rolled out the upgrade to its Galaxy S4. This changes the baseband to MK2, but is still Android 4.3.

Droid Life found Verizon's description of the changes, which are contained in the article at the link below.

Verizon Galaxy S4 Update Build VRUEMK2 Approved ? Allows Non-Samsung Chargers to Work, Fixes Other Issues | Droid Life

The key points are:

1. Non-Samsung charges will work now
2. Email connectivity has been improved

For other carriers, there have been improvements to Sleep Mode, but no mention of that for the Verizon upgrade.

Did you do the update and found it didn't solve the WiFi issues, or are you anticipating that it didn't from the writeup?

I installed the update didn't fix my problen

After update and about 3 turn off phone and turn on my wifi issue has been solved for about 4 hrs now

Mine too. Actually the only charger that stopped working on the last update was the car charger, and it worked sometimes. It worked fine today after the update.
