Minimum SDHC Class for 1080p video?

I would like to eventually upgrade the C4 16GB card to a 32GB. I figure if I'm going to spend the money I may as well get one that's fully supportive.
Does anyone know what Class is "good enough"? Will a 4 or 6 do the trick, or is going for the 10 recommended?

I've read purchasers reviews at new egg on class 10 performance and people say it isn't near what is being advertised. BTW Verizon sells garbage sd cards at twice the cost of the best spec cards from a good e-tailer. I researched right in front of the rep trying to sell me the card. I was polite enough, after being insulted, to quietly tell the rep that I could get a better sd card 4 less than half the cost of what they were trying to sell me.

I would imagine a Class 6 would be fine. Stick with sandisk or Kingston.
