Minimalistic theme?

Ok, so i know there isnt a theme that is completely "minimalistic," so at the moment im running the blue ginger bread theme with the minimalistic text app for my clock, but anyway, i've seen people in other threads that have launch icons that are very minimalistic (no actual icon, just says what it will do. I think you guys understand what im talking about. So yeah, was just wondering how to get my launch to have the clean "minimalistic" look to it. Thanks

Here's a few apps I use. Custom icons from deviantart.com or dreamlyfe (google it). Launcher pro, desktop visualizer, and folder organizer.
